Green Oasis — Email Campaign Design
Overview
This project is a fully responsive HTML email campaign designed for Green Oasis Plantscapes, a biophilic design company that brings living walls and lush greenery into commercial and residential spaces. Built as a test project, it demonstrates how strategic email design can carry a brand's visual identity into the inbox without losing the warmth, texture, and personality that make the brand feel alive.
For small businesses with strong visual identities, email is one of the most direct ways to stay connected with a community. But a well-designed email goes beyond beautiful imagery. It needs to load correctly across every client, guide the reader toward action, and reflect the brand with intention. That is exactly what this project was built to do.
What I Built
The email opens with a full-bleed hero featuring a living wall photograph that anchors the brand immediately. Deep forest green sets the tone throughout, giving the design a grounded, premium feel without sacrificing approachability. From there, the layout flows into clearly structured content sections with a call to action that feels natural rather than forced.
A footer with social links, contact details, and a clean unsubscribe flow closes the email. Every element is intentional. For small businesses, every touchpoint with a subscriber is an opportunity to reinforce trust, and this email was designed to do exactly that.
Design and Development Details
The layout uses Nunito for warm, friendly headlines paired with Inter for clean, readable body copy across all major email clients. A rich forest green and natural cream palette keeps the hierarchy clear and the brand front and center. The hero section uses a rounded card treatment that adds a modern softness while maintaining full cross-client compatibility. Background images are coded with fallback colors to ensure the design holds up even when images are blocked.
